The 2024 AIMS Scholarship at Curtin University has been awarded to Blake Botica.
Blake is a Mine and Engineering Surveying student at Curtin University with experience in underground gold mining.
The Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors (AIMS) Scholarship was developed in conjunction with Curtin University to encourage and support students who have chosen to study a Bachelor of Science (Mine and Engineering Surveying) at Curtin University.
AIMS provides professional representation to government, industry and educational organisations on mine surveying issues around Australia.
AIMS supports students of mine surveying right across the country with annual scholarships at many Universities and TAFES.
The AIMS Board congratulates Blake on his scholarship and we wish him every success in his career development.
