Final Reminder - AIMS 2023 Salary Survey and Member Feedback

Final Reminder - AIMS 2023 Salary Survey and Member Feedback

2022 salary survey 800

To all AIMS Members,

2023 Salary Survey QR code SH7QDJVThe AIMS Salary and Member Feedback Survey is closing very soon.

Please allow around 15 minutes doing something that you know may potentially benefit all AIMS members!

Make sure you are logged in to our site, then follow the links on the Member Notice Board page or just click the link below (or scan the QR code below) to get started.

We still need over 30 more responses to exceed last year's numbers.

We are particularly encouraging WA and QLD members who are currently lagging behind NSW in responses - more participation across all states will give the report more creds.

New to the Salary Survey? Read on if you would like more information.

WHY HAVE AN ANNUAL SALARY SURVEY?

The annual Salary Survey has been running since 2005 and the reports are independently produced and made available to members in the Members Library section of our website. It is interesting to look back at the salary trends and members' views over the years.

The Salary Survey Report can be useful as a potential bargaining tool in salary negotiations and can be of real material benefit to members as a representation and evidence of salary trends.

But this is only effective if the participation in the survey is significant.

The more members that submit their details the better!

WHY IS FEEDBACK IMPORTANT?

The survey also provides members with a direct voice to the AIMS Board in the feedback section of the survey, providing a snapshot of members views on how they view the progress, service and benefits of being a member of AIMS.

We want you to have your say on what is important to you!

Your feedback will be made available to all AIMS Board members and sub-committees and help us to better plan the year ahead for the maximum benefit of our members.
